On February 3, an oil spill was reported in Roaches Run, a waterfowl sanctuary that flows into the Potomac River. As of February 9, it’s still not known where the oil came from, what exactly it is, how much was spilled, or if the leak has even stopped. That is completely unacceptable.
We need your help to hold those responsible accountable for this assault on our Nation's River. Submit your comments on the oil spill at Roaches Run below, and we'll send them to the Coast Guard and Arlington Department of Environmental Services. Thank you for speaking up for clean water!
