Join Weed Warrior Supervisor Larry Hush to manually remove invasive vines and other troublesome plants from the woodlands along Northwest Branch. The fourth Saturday of each month from 10 AM to 12 noon through October. Event canceled in the event of heavy rain. Meet at the Burnt Mills WSSC parking lot where Route 29 crosses Northwest Branch (at the parking lot in front of the dam, upstream side). This is a spectacular section of Northwest Branch. Come help protect this Montgomery Parks treasure.
