C&O Canal Trust is in need of volunteers to help make their annual Park After Dark Event a success!
Tasks include helping set up, welcoming and directing guests at the event’s registration table, serving and bussing tables, monitoring the photo booth, tending the camp fire, and helping to clean up.
The work will take place at the Historic Great Falls Tavern in Potomac, MD on Friday, September 18 (from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.) for set-up; Saturday, September 19 (from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.) the day of the event; and Sunday, September 20 (from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.) for clean up.
Student Service Learning hours are available, and dinner will be provided on Saturday evening.
