The tranquility of floating on water and the meditative nature of yoga are in natural harmony during SUP Yoga. Enjoy the low-impact, muscle-toning, great outdoors SUP experience while moving and breathing mindfully through yoga poses on the board.
Designed for experienced SUP’ers who are newer to yoga, classes have a strong emphasis on alignment and how to safely move between poses. Expect seated postures, twists, lunges, and gentle backbends. This class will give students the tools needed to eventually progress into intermediate level classes. Classes are 90 minutes and include an overview of basic SUP techniques. No yoga experience required. Tickets are $35 and a discount is offered for season pass holders.
