*Special Message, April 2020: Out of respect for the healthyand safety of our volunteers and staff, Potomac Conservancy will be following CDC guidelines and not hosting in-person gatherings this spring.
In the meantime, we encourage past and future volunteers
to sign up for our weekly Earth Month emails!
You'll be the first to learn about our upcoming virtual gatherings and hear directly from our Community Conservation team about how to stay connected to the river, the fight for clean water, and each other.
Show your hometown pride on National Trails Day with Potomac Conservancy and Friends of Theodore Roosevelt Island at Theodore Roosevelt Island on June 6th from 9 AM to 12 PM!
The summer season brings thousands of visitors to this popular park along the river, which means there is plenty of trash for us to prevent from entering the Potomac - our source of drinking water!
