About This Event:
Join Potomac Conservancy, Potomac Boat Club, and National Parks Conservation Association (NPCA) on Martin Luther King Jr. Day for a safe, fun, 50 person trash cleanup at Theodore Roosevelt Island. Make a huge difference for the Potomac River as we turn to the water for a safe, healthy place to recreate outdoors.
Sign up for one of 50 spots available, which will allow you to make a difference for your hometown river!
Once registered, you will receive important details regarding our updated safety protocols and what you should bring to the event.
Note: This event will feature guest speaker Alan Spears of National Parks Conservation Association. We're thrilled to have him share his experience in the environmental space, as he discusses the importance of service and Environmental Justice with our Potomac Conservancy volunteers.
