The Harpers Ferry Outdoor Festival is held annually to encourage environmental awareness and raise money for river conservation. Clean water, clean fun!

The festival is located at the Blue Ridge Center for Environmental Stewardship in Purcellville, Virignia. Only two miles from Potomac Wayside Take-out.
