Nothing is more beautiful than fall at the River Center. While we enjoy the wonders of nature around us, fall also marks the closing of the River Center at Lock 8 for the season.
This October you can help us close the River Center for the season on October 22nd! In addition to sprucing up the historic lockhouse, we'll be working to keep the Potomac free of litter and maintaining trails so this national treasure can remain a great place to bike, hike, paddle, and fish.
