Potomac Conservancy Welcomes Rebecca Long!

Rebecca Long joined the Potomac Conservancy team as our 2013-14 Chesapeake Conservation Corps Volunteer! For the year-long Corps program, Rebecca will assist with the planning and implementation of our volunteer stewardship programs.
Growing up along the Potomac River near the Mount Vernon area, she has a strong interest in the restoration and conservation of our Nation's River. Rebecca earned her B.S. in Environmental Geology from the University of Mary Washington. While not working, she enjoys hiking, biking, cheering on DC sports, and spending time with family and friends.
