Theodore Roosevelt Island is a hidden gem in DC. A metro-accessible outdoor oasis, the island is tucked between Rosslyn and Georgetown on the Potomac River.
After hosting a full season of visitors, the island is in need of some TLC from Team Potomac volunteers.
